Volume bar bouncing!

Sometimes by clicking on the Volume bar, its indicator bounces for about 1 second (video below).
Does anybody have this problem? Another bug?

Could you have a naughty malware causing this effect? Scan and remove malwares with Superantispyware or similar tool. I would download it, install it, update the malware database and then restart in Safe Mode to scan to make sure no malware interrupts the scanning process. To restart in Safe Mode hold the SHIFT key and click to restart. You should see a screen where you select Troubleshoot. Then select Advanced Startup Options. Computer will restart and give you a list with startup options. Select 4 Safe More (or 5 Safe Mode with network, if you need internet access). Run the complete scan, delete all findings and then restart. You should be OK.

I would assume this is a bug.

I've seen the volume controls on Windows 11 do lots of odd things on my machines.

Sometimes it refuses to open completely.

Yes. I think it's a bug. Sometimes it bounces faster in more time! Sometimes it appears with a long delay (by clicking on the volume icon). The Calendar (Clock) is the same (after reboot, it has a long delay by clicking on it for the first time).

I have a keyboard with a rolling volume controller (G810), and it (bouncing) almost always happens while listening to music and playing by volume controller (I do it a lot while listening to music). I think Win 11 has a conflict with this controller.
