Web & other credentials

Hey

Ive recently upgraded to windows 11 Pro and all is ok except for one thing, any website credentials. Even when i set 'save this device' it makes no difference

Youtube, Google, netflix, amazon all go through the same MFA process every time i open them even though i have saved everything. Any website that has an account wont save my creds. Netflix emails me everytime about a new device even though ive used it daily..

What is the issue and how can i fix it?

What Browser are you using? (ie) MS Edge, Chrome, Firefox etc?

If you Sign In to your Browser, How to Sign in and Sign out of Profile in Microsoft Edge Chromium it will import all of your settings and Saved Passwords from previous computer/ Windows OS if you had signed in before.

In the Browser click either the 3 dots or 3 lines at the upper right of the address bar. Go to Settings/Passwords
Make sure your Browser is Saving Passwords, as outlined in the link above.

To view any password, you can scroll down this list, select the web site in the list, You will need to provide your Login Password for Windows to view, copy or edit the saved password.

Very likely cookies.
Please check your cookies settings in web browser and make sure sites are allowed to save them locally.
If you're using CAD or similar extension adjust it to not delete cookies.
