Lately I've found that (in the Edge browser) attempting to pin a website to the Taskbar,
by clicking the "Three Dots" menu, doesn't work;
I get a popup that says "Pinning is Unavailable".
But, in case that's also happening to others, I've found a way that still does work.
To pin (for example) a site called "ABCDEF.com":
Right-click the Desktop, select "New Shortcut" from the context menu, and type
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe" "https://www.abcdef.com"
in the "Target" pane. Give the shortcut a name and it will appear on the Desktop,
then right-click the shortcut and select "Pin to Taskbar".
(After that you can delete the shortcut from the Desktop.)
