What did Windows 11 do?

For months I have been looking for a solution for my HP printers.
The update September 2023 denied access to my printers
I found the solutions, got them to work, well as they did with the Windows 11 transition from Windows10.
Then the solutions were were tested, they were from 4 days ago, worked well.
Today, the computer will not identify my printers, I can't print.
What happened?

Not uncommon for Windows hardware drivers to be incompatible with the device they purport to support. And this can happen at any time with subsequent Windows updates i.e. now they work, now they don't??

Go to the product website and download their driver files for the device concerned

In order for the gurus to help you figure this out, you need to fully complete the My Computer information. Especially for your computer and the printers.

I would suggest that the first thing you should do is to completely uninstall the printer(s) affected and then reinstall.

So did you do it again? Not uncommon for MS to think it knows more than the manufacturer and re-invoke it's drivers over the solution you installed.

Did you use the manufacturer's uninstallation program rather than just using Microsoft's uninstall?

Also, you will need to use the manufacturer's installation program once you've uninstalled.

Do you think Revo Free will get rid of anything hanging onto the printer drivers during uninstall?

Now all you need to do is disable driver updates included with Windows Updates, so it doesn't happen again...

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
I've done that they don't work I have to use my laptop WIndows 10 on the same network to print anything. I've been busy with life to address this probem. Help hoped for
