Solved What is the cause of errorOxc000007b?

Hey!

I've been having this kind of strange problem for some time now and I wasn't really able to resolve it no matter how much I've been reinstalling my Microsoft redistributable and how much I've been trying to fix with all the possible solutions found on the internet. What is the meaning of this mistake anyway in your opinion says some people have told me that it could be some dll file missing or something like that but I always run sfc scan and I do those kinds of things including restoring my registry which was working totally fine and I still cannot fix this problem. To be honest I feel like it has to do something with DirectX since some games won't run on the PC where this error appears while those games run on other PCs which don't have this error appearing.

This error appears when I try to open Kodi. I've been contacting their support but I wasn't really able to find any solution so I'm just asking you what the this message is your opinion and what does it mean?
Seems like some system problem but I don't really know whether there is a way to fix your system or reinstall windows with keeping your data 100% intact. I've been counting my system tons of times using various software. My system reports that I have DirectX 12 and it doesn't allow installing any other DirectX. I think that is expected but the program which I try to run all the time is running totally fine on every other Windows 11 machine in my house.
