I suspect one is the device brand driver and the other is Windows generic driver. Uninstall the problem one (right-click that entry > Uninstall device, reboot)

EDIT
Altho your device shouldn't shut down, just because of this??? Try the delete option and see what happens.

One particular game, or others as well?

Hi @Reeses

That orange triangle next to the AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics device indicates something is amiss with this device. What does it say if you right click that device in the Device Manager and select properties (General Tab)? Does it say the device is working correctly or not?

I suspect it refers to the internal GPU that is built into your AMD CPU.

To answer your question as to what it is.
You have 2 graphics, a discrete AMD Radeon RX7900 card as well as integrated graphics designated as AMD Radeon Graphics.
2 graphics outputs with separate drivers. The exclamation point on the integrated graphics indicates something awry. You don't have a driver installed for it OR you have the integrated graphics disabled.

According to the OP's My Computer listing their motherboard is an ASRock x870 steel legend WiFi, according to the boards bios manual it is possible to disable the iGPU from there.

Because you have not installed the integrated graphics driver of your CPU.

If it was disabled you get a down arrow in a circle on the Icon.

I would install the driver, from the MOBO manufacturer, and check the BIOS to make sure the Graphics Card has priority/selected, whatever the description is in the BIOS/UEFI.

Indeed, both need drivers, go to AMD support for AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX drivers, and install.

You do not need both if you use a discrete card.
You have to first disable it in the bios then you can uninstall it from device manager and since it is disabled in bios it will not return.

Look in Advanced > AMD CBS > NBIO Common Options > GFX Configuration

There will be an option to disable the iGPU.

I have 2 with my Ryzen 7 7700X and Radeon 7800XT OC 16GB Graphics card, i used the 25.11.1 Combined Driver from Release notes, and it detected the IGPU Graphics and installed the driver for that and the 7800XT OC card.

I personally felt more at ease having both enabled in case something ever happened with my 7800XT OC card, but usually in your UEFI bios does have ability to disable if you don't want the IGPU Graphics

I only use 1 Monitor myself

I tried it disabled a bit, but i personally was nervous with it disabled, but maybe at some point i'll try that again

I also was looking to download the 25.10 or 25.11 driver.
But it looks like the AMD software is causing me crashes.

I'm not sure if it's a conflict between the AMD software and the Driver Booster drivers.

I'm not sure; the PC keeps shutting down every time I play any open-world game or so.

Only uninstall the one with the error inside device manager ... don't mess around with that driver booster crap.
