Is there a separate device for the VoIP connection? Seems like there'd have to be. Spectrum would just be serving as an Internet gateway.

No up to speed was displayed.

Thanks. That piqued my curiosity.
It's a fixed wireless plan that uses their 5G network. (Unavailable at my house.) They suggest 100Mbps, with a minimum of 25Mbps.
When I'm in a good location, I get above 100Mbps from my 4G phone. (On the T-Mobile network. Going with that may have been a mistake: their coverage isn't the greatest in this area.) I did use the phone as a WiFi hotspot when my cable was down for a week courtesy of Isaias last year. (My power was down for 2 days.) Adequate for email, but not much else. I don't recall the numbers, but it was faster than dial-up.

BT fibre to the box copper from box to house, 70Mbps down, 19Mbps up, backup system EE 4G with an LTE router currently around 65Mbs down 30 Mbs up, was 100Mbs down before covid! It's also capped at 30 GB.
To be honest 70Mbps does me fine don't keep much stuff in the cloud and nothing important so upload is fine for what little stuff I do upload.

- Built my first computer in 1985 (8Mhz 8088 cpu, 640K RAM, 20M HDD, 2 360k FDD) and have been building them ever since for myself, family and friends.
Looks the same as Comcast, when I was in Bellows Falls, Vermont, from June 12, 2016 to somewhere around 2018, when it suddenly was only 120 Mb down and 6 Mb up in the last two months of living there, SMH..... Until that issue, I had 300 Mb down and 11 Mb up.
