Solved Where is the Bluetooth on/off switch Windows 11 Pro


If you don't get it working, you can get a Bluetooth dongle from amazon for less than $10.00.

I went to Microsoft and had a driver tool scan all of my drivers to check and see if they were up to date. What I noted was that there were no Bluetooth drivers. I thought I had loaded them.

What I saw on GMKtec was possibly the drivers download to store on OneDrive or Google Drive, is that where you installed from?

Concerning the Bluetooth switch, I see that it has relocated.
Left-click the sound icon in the bottom right of Windows 11 taskbar.
In the popup, you'll get the Bluetooth icon and others.

to make sure that the problem is not from your hardware, create a "Windows to Go" with rufus and then boot from it. wait for the startup and then check whether it recognizes the BT or not. if not, try to install the BT driver on it and tell us the results.
then restart and format your thumb...

Careful reading in the GMKtech forum showed the fix, and Everything is back. This keyboard is being a booger pairing but it always has been with a PC. The fix is a total shutdown, when the PC shuts off, you physically unplug it and leave it totally unpowered for 5 minutes or so. Plug the power back in and boot the computer. This forces Windows 11 to do a self-check and fix any problems it finds. This is one of those things I had spaced out in my years away from Windows.

I am still glad I purchased the Bluetooth dongle ($20 bucks). This NucBox K11 has BT 5.2, the dongle I ordered is BT 5.4, and has a +/- 600-foot range. This will be nice because my FiiO BTR17 DAC/Amp is BT 5.4
