Well as long as the 23H2 files are on the pendrive, try booting from UEFI partition one, it’s either going to start the install process or it isnt, in which case you would go back to the BIOS and boot from partition 2. Unless anyone else has a suggestion?
You made it with RUFUS, I don’t know why there are 2 partitions then.

I have an update 23H2 Iso downloaded from microsoft site! I need to boot my computer to update it! The latest windows 11 update !!
If you are just using the ISO to upgrade to 23H2, from 22H2 for example, then you don't need to involve a flash drive at all.

Simply mount the ISO to a drive letter and run setup.exe.

At least one solution (#24)

A kb5027397.msu or .cab probably would have done that as well.

Why do people have problems to delete boot options?
These 2 options for example are useless for most home users.
- Boot option #2 [UEFI: ip6 Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller]
- Boot option #3 [UEFI: IP4 Realtek GBE Family Controller]

I prefer to have Macrium as Boot Option instead of usually unused network options.

If s.o. doesn't know why there are 2 partitions (boot options) the answer is usually easy.
The NVRAM is messed up. But power users with 1900 posts within 4 months find out how to fix it easily.

You said you had an ISO downloaded. Just right click the ISO, mount it, and use that. You don’t need anything else.

if you just want to do an update you have to use the iso FROM INSIDE windows
if you want to do an installation from scratch (deleting the previous installation) you have to boot the iso from the external pendrive

Yes, doubleclick the setup.exe.

In case your laptop doesn't meet the requirement of WIN 11 add this registry entry to your system.
Copy the 3 lines below into notepad and save it as upgrade.reg. Then doubleclick the upgrade.reg and the Inlacement should run without problem.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup]
"AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU"=dword:00000001

Yes, just run that. You’ll confirm you want to upgrade, keep your existing files and so on.
