Why are my Video all of a Sudden doing this? ( PIC Enclosed)

I have a Dell Latitude 5550 , with Windows 11 ver 24H2. When I play video it sometimes starts out fine but the picture starts acting crazy. I am attaching a picture of a video and what it looks like. Any idea why or what to do to fix this??
It just started doing this a couple of weeks ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome.

In Chrome

Go to chrome://flags, in the address bar.
Search for ANGLE backend and set it to OpenGL.
Restart Chrome
Watch a YouTube video

It’s just that not many people are going to download a zip file. The alternative is put the image on an image host where it won’t matter what the size is. Then add the direct link in the section below and insert it into a post.

Unless someone will be good enough to download and attach. I am currently on my iPad.

using my laptop and it does it on any video , like on youtube. those videos

The only reason I know of is if it’s a webp or the jpeg is too large a file size.

So it’s only for videos online or does it do it with videos that are on your PC?
The difference is relevent’

I took a look at your pic and have to say, I never had a video do that. Does this happen with all videos or just the ones you watch online?

It appears that ones saved on a external drive it is not happening
