So far it isn't. I did look on Dell site and found this driver Intel-Arc-Graphics Driver-and-Intel Graphics Command_8KDH_Win64_31..0.1011.5382_AO3 and installed it. Maybe that is fixing it? not but so far it is working. Also when playing video from a external drive on Windows Media Player it didn't do it

So far it isn't. I did look on Dell site and found this driver Intel-Arc-Graphics Driver-and-Intel Graphics Command_8KDH_Win64_31..0.1011.5382_AO3 and installed it. Maybe that is fixing it? not but so far it is working. Also when playing video from a external drive on Windows Media Player it didn't do it

Yeah right, sorry I thought you tried reinstalling the driver when I mentioned to in an earlier post.

It usually doesn't start right away , it's after the video has been playing. Sometimes after a minute sometimes longer. No rhyme or reason. I have been letting this video play and it corrects itself and then happens again. This particular one is a youtube video

Everything says “GPU” except that it doesn’t happen on locally stored videos
Happens in all browsers
Happens on any video hosting site

Mind boggling.

I’m curious, if you temporarily create another user, does it happen then?

I will try that!I have turned off the graphic accelerator is AOL and Chrome browser and so far the little testing I was able to do this morning it seems to be doing OK
