Yes i have my pc monitor connected with dvi cable and my tv plugged with hdmi cable in to my pc graphics card at same time but there still must be a way to stop this from happening but how?Welcome to Eleven Forum.
That is normal behaviour. My laptop PCs do that every time I connect a 2nd external monitor via HDMI.
Do you have anything connected by HDMI? Could it be going in and out of standby, causing it to be dropped the re-detected at these random times?
I dual boot W11 and W10 on my laptop. I can confirm that it doesn't happen in W10, only in W11.Has any windows users experience this problem before in windows 10 windows 8 windows 7 i'm really curious to know because i have only seen this happen in windows 11 if not then it's a issue with windows 11 os itself then i report this to microsoft so they can fix it asap
1. Press `Win + R`, type `regedit`, and hit Enter
2. Navigate to:

3. Right-click in the right pane and choose **New > DWORD (32-bit) Value**
4. Name it: `ForceDisableModeChangeAnimation`
5. Set its value to `1`
6. Restart your PC
