win 11 how to change 'sound step volume' ?
None of my google searches had a correct solution .
win 11 seems to be stuck on 2 .
I want to change that to 1 .

Without using an AutoHotKey script or 3rd party app...,
the only way is to Tab into Volume Control and use the left and right arrow keys.

I believe you are going to be limited to using a 3rd party tool. The step amount is hardcorded within the Windows code base as it maps to the volume up/down app commands

View / change sound volume on Windows 11/10/7/8/2008 from command-line or GUI
