Hello,
I am using Windows 11 Pro 64-bit OS build 26100.4202. I am having an issue with the registry file. I worked for a company, and I worked remotely, but I signed on to the company's domain using their Windows company user sign-on. I was using my PC to access the account. I recently left the company and retired. Now, when I try to change certain things in Windows, for example, in Advanced app settings, when I try to sign in to my Microsoft account, the account that comes up is my old company's email ID. Please see the attachment. I scanned the registry and found several entries with my old company's ID. I included one below. I am not sure what would happen if I deleted the registry entries. I know I can back up the registry file, make the change, and copy back the old file if there is a problem. I would like to know if the registry has an advanced reference book. I looked for books on the subject, but some are old, and others have only brief information on the registry. If that is not possible, please tell me if deleting the registry entries will cause a problem?
Thank you,
