i wanna zinou to check my boot trace if possible .... cause i am to dumb to find in WPA... something is slowing boot down after loading screen with logo i have black screen with loading dots .. clean boot with everything disabled on startup and task scheduler tried but its same

Hi,
How long is your boot delay?

I don't see in WPA a long delay!
There are 6s in the profession phase and 12s in the logon phase.



Something you can do immediately is to update your Bios; it's outdated (2014). Old Bios can cause boot delay.

yeah win logon is disgustingly long and for bios theres no newer bios but thanks for trying to help.. can you see why winlogon init is so long

Are you using any special Them for your desktop? Try change for another one.

Also, you can create a local account (For test) and see if it's the same logon delay with this account.

What about a boot in safe mode? How long does that take?

After i created local account i checked and unchecked option on netplwiz enter password for users and asked me to enter password again and now it gets on desktop in matter of 2 secs after disabling and reenabling autologin on local account.. ty for help its solved

it was normal like 8 sec .. like 2 full circle of loading dots

nvm worked 2 times and now its returned again so annoying.. funniest rubbish is that win 11 works faster than win 10 but has slower boot

Your computer is old and much likely there are not enough recent releases of new drivers.
So 12 seconds of logon delay is not too bad, you can live with it I guess :)

Well at last i found it, it was samsung magician and its service after i uninstalled samsung magician and deleted service magicianSVC.. it boots as i expect

Very interesting!
WPA doesn't show any evidence that Samsung magician is the culprit

it is, boots faster now on restart boot then when i had win 10.. tested restart like 20 times .. samsung magician is bloatware or unoptimized for win 11
