Is there a light version of windows 11 that can be installed on this computer that require TPM and cpu requirements ?

Not for 24/25H2 there isn’t
You can bypass TPM but not SSE4.2 requirements.

You can run 23H2 if you’re OK with the fact that it’s obsolete (according to Microsoft).

The only US-English ISO I have is from 2024 Microsoft-ISO-Windows_11_Version_23H2_build_22631.2861

Maybe you should list the specs of the laptop, but as @antspants says, if it is not sse4.2 compatible, no current, still supported, version of 11 will run on it...period.

Unless the laptop is older than about 15 years, it should have a CPU that would allow it to do an unsupported installation of 24H2 or later.

If you'd take the trouble to identify its CPU for the forum, that'd clear things up.

You don't need to install any additional software. The CPU is listed in Device Manager.
