Windows 11 22H2 (10.0.22621.900) slow

Entire computer working slower since i installed Windows 11 22H2 (10.0.22621.900) - clean install. Explorer lagging and i also have lower FPS in games. Emulators and all programs opening slow. Build 819 worked fine.
 
I don't have that issue, with build 22621.900.

Does Taks Manager show anything using CPU performance, with no applications running?

22621.900 is a Preview Update. Just roll back to .819

Or... just wait two days for the December patch Tuesday (the 13th), and see if that fixes things.
