I am not sure how to explain this but after manually installing KB5030219 and KB5029263 its appears that I am running 23H2. Would this be correct.
Any Thoughts Appreciated

These are also installed on my HP machine but it is still on 22H2 (Build 22621.2283). I think there is more than one version of these updates. One version retains 22H2 and another acts as a switch to upgrade to 23H2.

I have both of those updates showing as installed in my update history...still on 22H2.

I think the OP may have installed a 'Preview' type update. Those who do not install 'Previews' will probably get 23H2 with next Patch Tuesday update on 10th October.
