Problem after turning off laptop (out of battery) during update

Buttons on windows settings doesn't work, i cant even reboot the system.

HELP

Hold down power button for say 15 seconds to force a reboot works on most devices.

Start with pressing Ctrl + Shift + Winkey + B
and se if this helps. But probably In-place repair will be necessary (like stated above)
