Solved Windows 11 Boot with Inaccessible boot device blue screen error

I ran the command as suggested and it completes 60.2% then returns with:
Error: 3017
The requested operation failed. A system reboot is required to roll back changes made.
The DISM log file can be found .....

Ran sfc /scannow it completes 20% and returns the following:
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
I had a look at the CBS.log files it mentions, but that is a huge file with no obvious indication of an error

This all started after an update performed yesterday.
I tried to uninstall the recent update from the winRE prompts but both failed

I additionally have a laptop and some tiny brick PC both running win11
Non windows I have 2 x chromeOS, RPI system and a remote server
I am trying to work out how to do a Repair install not a wipe everything install.
I believe that I need to use the same build I am running not the latest one.
Problem is I don't know which build because I cant boot the PC.
But I do have access to all the files
Any idea how I could find the correct build to do a Repair install?
