I cannot find the Brightness Control.
Am I losing it ?
I even searched the web with no significant results.
Is it possible I can no longer adjust the brightness on my computer?

As it turns out, I accidentally took a screenshot of my Windows 10 brightness screen instead of my Windows 11 VM. I also do not have a brightness adjustment in my Windows 11 VM just like the OP.

When using a PC with an external monitor, there is no control of brightness within Windows unless that monitor has it's own software control panel or one's GPU has its own software control panel.. Otherwise, brightness of monitor has to be adjusted from the physical buttons on side of monitor
For example: I have a Benq monitor that has it's own software named Display Pilot. I can control all the settings within my monitor, including brightness from within its software or If I had an Nvidia GPU, it would have it's own software that would include the brightness setting..

Click on network, sound, battery icons bottom right should be a brightness slider.

Settings > System > Display > Brightness & colour > Brightness, with slider.

If those are not there then use the Monitor controls, or Nvidia Control Panel > Display > Adjust desktop colour settings > Brightness, slider.

MOBO manufacturer may have a utility for using/programming Function keys.

MS Store has Apps for Brightness controls.

What Monitor do you have? Cause indeed, as glasskuter pointed out - external monitors come with their own software for managing brightness. Thus, you either use the physical menu - from the monitor, an official app for that given model (you should be able to find it - on the manufacturer site). Or a dedicated app which can access the DDC/CI (tho, this only works - if you have this feature Enabled on your monitor), such as:

The answer comes in multiples. Yes, the Brightness is controlled by my monitor, not by the computer.. I guess my old brain is faltering a bit these days. I really thank everyone for submitting your replies. This is a really good forum, because of its participants.👍👍👍
