Windows 11 : does not want RAM to be overclocked

BIOS does not have a stress testing embedded to it ? This is simply read and write memory like does MEMTEST.
I know.
A program commonly used for stress testing is something like Prime95 or AIDA64.
As I said... you need to spend some time at overclock.net
I also mentioned Dude, up above. He's a pretty decent overclocker on AMD.
He may have a suggestion or two.
But again... overclocking is something YOU have to learn. No one can walk you through it.
Every piece of hardware overclocks slightly differently.
Two identical sets of RAM or identical CPUs... won't overclock the same.

This is strange that I have no BSOD... at this occurs on PC wake up.
One needs to be a digital electronic engineer to achieve such a task... and deals with DDR4 RAM timing datasheet. Also one should advise buying a logical analyzer, read the 1500 pages of the CPU datasheet, and so on ... Tune the 45 parameters...
This is in the end totally ridiculous. What is strange I did not have such issues with Windows 10... what Windows 11 does with that ? May be to crash it on purpose so that one can buy a new PC very quickly.
I'm at CPU RAM speed specs and it does not work....
I'm quite upset with this. I'm really noticing a performance difference on general usage when I use 3200 instead of 2133 (50% more bandwidth)

Everyone that ever overclocked, wished that a quick Google and some terminology, did the trick.
