Windows 11 File Explorer not showing up

I have an issue with File Explorer being nowhere to be seen, I've tried all the 'Fixes' I've seen online and none have worked, worrying me is the fact that it doesn't even show up in task manager, I can't do a system restore either as thats not working too, can somebody please help me with this.

It shows up in task manager as Windows Explorer

Can you get to your start menu? If so scroll down thru list of all apps. Do you see "File Explorer (system)"? Does it open there?
If it does, right click on it in the all apps list and select pin to taskbar.

In windows search type "file explorer" Can you open it from search results?

If you can see the start button, right click on it and select RUN- enter into the run box C:\Windows\explorer.exe shell:MyComputerFolder
