Solved Windows 11 Flickering taskbar issue

You can use Winget command to uninstall apps.

This guide will teach you the steps to uninstall applications using the Windows Package Manager command-line tool on Windows 10 and Windows 11.

So it turns out the culprit was StartAllBack.. I was able to remove it by going to safe mode with cmd, open up the task manager and then went to appwiz.cpl, find out the software and removed it and boom i was able to see taskbar in safe mode and then rebooted back into the system with Win-11 taskbar.

Before that I tried winget list which didn't worked and wcm where the software was not listed.
