Tried it for a year it's terrible and not getting better. Too many complaints to list. All of a sudden it decided to reset itself for no reason and I lost all the apps. I'll wait for Windows 12. In the meantime back to Windows 10

  • Not sure how that would happen. What did you try to do?
  • Windows 12 wont be perfect. One is better to stay on the the newer OS so as to minimise the transition to the next OS.

You are going to have a long wait. I have read of no evidence that Windows 12 even exists. Although there have a lot of rumors of the existence of Windows 12 none of these rumors are based on real facts.

I tried 7 and now it's not worth it considering the programs I tend to use. I'd stay 10 regardless if the support is ending next year as long as you are on a good up to date browser

I think W11 is a great performer..., there are limitations in certain areas out of the box, but, if they continue to let me use 3rd party utilities, I'm good! :cool:

Windows 11 is like landing on an alien planet. An alien planet that @Brink "didn't" come from. :cool:


I truly believe that for the everyday user, Microsoft has just lost it's way.
Unless of course you want to play Xbox. There... MS has you covered. :D

Corporate entities are Microsoft's cash cows. The rest of us, just don't matter to them, any more.

Quite frankly, I've never had problems with Windows 11. For me it works quite smoothly. And I'm on my computer 10 to 12 hours a day.
