Windows 11 lagging and stuck in windows logo

After upgrading to windows 11, the problem when turning-on the computer lagging in WIN logo. but if force-off the computer from power button and re-switch it again will work good.

what the problem? How can fix it

Note:
* I have 5 computer the same issue, all these computers not qualified to win 11 specifications. the WIN11 was installed by bypassing the requirement
* I upgrade the computer from windows 10 to Win 11
