I want to download offline language packs for windows 11?
How to do it
Can you help me please?

شوف تقدر تعمله تعريب بدون نت بس حيكون فيه اخطاء كثيره وماحتقدر تدخل تغير الخلفيه حتى لانه الاعدادات معطله بسبب التعريب حق 22621 بالذات

ف انا حملت من uupdump و uuprgguard وكلهم نفس المشكله

جرب تحمل من اللي نزلته مايكروسوفت في ايزو ويمكن يشتغل معاك


بس حجمه كبير جدا
ف اذا عندك نت سريع وقدرت تحمله ف اتمنى تكلمني عشان ابغى ملف او ملفين من داخله💙🙏


Translation.

Look you can make it Arabization without Internet but there will be many mistakes and you will not be able to enter to change the background even because the settings are broken because of Arabization of 22621 specially

So I downloaded from uupdump and uuprgguard and they all have the same problem

Try to download from what Microsoft downloaded in ISO and it might work with you


But its size is very big

So if you have fast Internet and you could Download it so I hope you call me because I want a file or two from inside it💙🙏

I think an easier solution is to download Windows in a language you can understand and then simply add on the appropriate Language pack. You have to do it this way in any case if the base Windows language isn't in the language you want e.g in my case Icelandic.

I need the .cap language packs to be able to include them with the iso file
So that I can create a multilingual iso file

That still will have problems when the original language isn't available. I'm not sure why one needs to go to the bother of creating a multi language iso pack - it might make sense say in Belgium where the installer can choose between French and Dutch when installing or in Switzerland where the choice between French and German might make sense or in Canada between English and French but why create complex isos when there's a much less complex solution. In any case for those supplying users on corporate web sites will have the appropriate versions anyway for their users.

If you must do it this way then I believe this site can create an integrated iso including all the language packs available:

UUP (Unified Update Platform) Generation Project (v2.4.18) [by @rgadguard & whatever127]

This project helps you just download UUP files or download and create an ISO image in one click.

We in Arab countries use several languages
In Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia they use Arabic and French
While the rest of the Arab countries use English and Arabic
Also there are some students studying Spanish at the secondary level
This is why we need language packs more often

However msdn and business / enterprise users can download the multi language iso and by using dism can integrate manually

Not for Windows 11 i use to download the language pack from Microsoft now i can't found them at Microsoft website when i search for it below link pops up.
