Why would W11 home lose my setting to delay updates? I've had to do this twice now. Says it needs to update and restart and I check settings and it has completely deleted my setting to delay. This makes no sense. Does the update every lose this setting in other people's system? (Ran some searches and after numerous pages I find no similar problem so far.)

Occassionally Windows will override administrator preferences , I think more so in Windows Home than Pro. I think it also depends on the update and what it does. If MS deems it necessary for security, they can push it on any systemthey want to, home or pro, unless the user has windows update completely disabled.

You just weren't using the right search terms. Reports are out there.
