How do I remove this toolbar? It's pretty useless

You could give Explorer Patcher a go. Many members here use it.

Look to the right of the page for “Releases” and click on “Latest”
Download the setup exe. However, I believe Microsoft Defender (if you use it) has been flagging it as a false positive.

Thx for the reply but no I can't collapse it. I looked into ExplorerPatcher a few hours ago and people said it messed with their Windows so I'm not going to take the risk
