For the future, I advise you to take caution when running scripts and making registry changes found from questionable sources. @Brink covers most tweaks in the tutorial section of this forum. Other users here like @garlin @dacrone @pseymour and others are knowledgable in these areas as well.
If you want to run a reputable tweaking app, Winaero Tweaker is very good. It can also undo changes it makes.
But even more strongly I recommend you have some kind of backup plan that will CYA. I've messed up a number of times and my system images saved my bacon.
What I do is keep record of every script, registry change, bat file, and group policy change I make. That way I can undo my mess.
