Things I have done to resolve this issue:

1.Reinstall windows 11 multiple times
2.Sfc /scannow
3.Run computer without any usb ports used
4.windows regularly updated and drivers + bios the latest one

Any tips on where I can find the information on what windows 11 is getting stuck on?

I can see the fault is on my part for not explaining it properly. The problem is that almost everyday something on the system fails and I need to restart. And when I try to restart "Windows is stuck on the message" windows restarting". Even if I leave it for hours. After I restart everything works as intended.

Suggest you start by checking your disk(s) (no info on these in your specs).

Crystal Diskinfo (free). Portable version available. Simply launch it and look.

Also run a RAM check.

If you have hardware issues, then erratic things can and will occur.

Please confirm you are not overclocking.

No over clocking. I have 4 nvme one ssd. Which I have had them as main installation drive. I have also changed ram before because of incompatible ram purchase. And no I don't run any overclock or overstress my computer in order to cause any issues. But my main hope was that if someone knew where windows logs restart errors. Since I can't find any in Even viewer.

I am still a bit unclear as to exactly what is happening. Apparently, you're having system crashes. Is there something specific you are doing when this occurs or is it random? Could you explain in more detail what happens after the crash? Does the system hang and you need to press the power button to reboot? Does it spontaneously reboot after the crash but does not complete a reboot cycle and hangs during the reboot?

Thank you for your reply.
Please do the checks I recommended.

You say:
everyday something on the system fails and I need to restart.
This suggests hardware rather than software. If you have hardware issues, there's no point in diagnosing mulitple random fails in Windows. This would waste everyone's time. Therefore start there.

You should use Hard Disk Sentinel (SSDs too) as it can report on disk communication issues and give a great simple statement about each disk right after you launch it.

As HeavyHemi says your vague description of the problem does not permit specific recommendation as to diagnosing Windows, especially as you've reinstalled mutiple times and see the same issue.

Have you tried disabling Fast Startup?

Note: if you are experiencing freezes (are you? Unclear) then those typically do NOT generate error reports by definition.

What to suggest depends on what's happening- and you've not given any specific examples.

Well the best latest failure had my steam failing. I tried to restart the service but I got a Administration deny. And I coulden't understand why since I am logged in as admin with the right admin groups assigened to the user. Then I procedd to restart the computer. Windows begins to close the applications and the message restarting windows with roling dots are still going even if leave the computer for 10 to 20 min. The only way I can correct this is by doing a button shutdown to restart the computer.

Yes I have in Control panel/power. And I have cheked my nvme with chkdsk and didn't find any error. That' the issue: windows dosen't frezze. It hangs on restart. I have just finished a mdsched.exe check. And everything is fine.

so if you run the cmd, does it hang or reboot properly?

Code:
shutdown.exe -r -f -t 00

You don't understand.

chkdsk does not check disks. It checks the file system of only the partition it's run on.

I'm now abandoning this thread as I can't get good answers. Good luck.

LOL what are you on about? clearly answered that they ran chdsk and no errors were found. nobody said anything about scanning drives for bad sectors or anything related to that.

either way op, does it reboot normally if you run the cmd?
