I don't think you can do it within Windows. You will need to use 3rd party app and you can do it on your phone.
Tidal itself recommends using TuneMyMusic app to do this (Spotify to Tidal) but it can also be done the other way (Tidal to Spotify). Not sure if the app is free but you can check it out. Use the app at your owm risk. You will have to allow the app to connect to your streaming services to do the conversion.

I have Spotify on my PC and I don't even see a feature that allows you to import a playlist.

Hello and thanks.

I found these services:
1) Tune My Music Plans
2) Plans guide - Soundiiz
3) Pricing - FreeYourMusic
What would you choose and why?

Is anything free?

Soundizz is free but you have to convert playlist one at a time I think. Should be fine if you are not gonna do it a lot.
Soundiiz Free: Convert playlists from one platform to another: One by one (up to 200 tracks)
But I have 4,220 songs in 1 playlist.
???

That is what I don't understand.
How can you have a playlist with 4000 songs? Playlist is supposed to be categorized by genre or mood of your favorite songs. Lol.
I have 50+ playlists with less than a hundred songs per playlist. I guess the free version will work for me if I need to use it. 😁
Sorry I am out of suggestions.

I use a random playlist as Radio. And I listen all the time. MIX.

Just build a new playlist. It good to have a fresh start. At least you have a choice of 2 playlist ... Tidal playlist and Spotify playlist.

And even a hundred is too long for me.

I was just saying it is way less than 4000. Probably 30 to 40 songs per playlist at the most.
4000 is like not having a playlist at all. It is just a random song all the time. 🤣
Better to play recommended playlist based on your artist of choice or era.

MusConv is a lifesaver! I recently moved from tidal to sportify and the transition was seamless thanks to this tool. Just a few clicks, and all my playlists were transferred without a hitch.
