Windows 11 time is ahead.

that doesn't matter. If it's grayed out, you probably have location services turned off.

Step 1: Press the Win + I keys to open the Settings interface.

Step 2: Click the Privacy & Security tab on the left-side side.

Step 3: Scroll down to App permissions and click Location to explore it.

Step 4: On the right-hand pane, set Location services to On. Set Let apps access your location to On.
You are right !! I enabled it and after 20 seconds I disabled it, we will see....

I have a windows 11 dev installation on the vmware, so i wanted to check it out to see if there was any differences on the task scheduler, and i was right !! There is a custom trigger on the SynchronizeTime task, it isn't editable so i cant see the details

So maybe microsoft is trying to fix it, if indeed its a windows problem. I installed the windows 11 canary as well to see if it is there this custom trigger, and it is. There isn't in the beta. I didn't try the release preview.

As per my other thread, i seem to be having this issue too. never had any probs w/ Win 10, Win 11 seems to be running fast, or not doing some sync automatically that Win 10 did. it naffed up my used of Bitwarden as it turned out my clock was over 90s adrift, and from boot this morning it's showing 1.75s fast already. surely this can't be right?
i've set the TIme thing in Services to Auto Start [delayed] and Started it, as it said it wasn't running.
TIme SYnc in Task Scheduler is pretty much as the pics here on page 1, odd thing is it said last ran yesterday at 12:00:36 which doesn't seem right.

Funny—when I read this topic title, I thought, "What? Win 11 has been here for years now! Where have you been?" 😋
