Not if TPM is turned off in the BIOS. He will need to turn it on first.

I can't see what current BIOS version you have. The MSI website for this motherboard has a BIOS released in May this year which changes the Secure boot settings - which will enable TPM. If you update to that, you should then have no problem installing Windows 11.

If you do decide to do that, don't forget to make a note of your existing BIOS settings, e.g. by taking a photo of each page of the BIOS.
