Thanks I think yours must have been as the keep files but was grayed out.dacrone might have an international English 23H2 ISO?
Maybe mine are US/English
Which would be weird because UK/English has similar spelling and setup to Australian/English. It’s just your keyboards that do my head in.
Helping people remotely in the UK has always been an issue due to a slight keyboard problem with the number key functions.
Good that’s what I’ve been doing. Right sadly that last attempt failed at 63%. So should I now clean install or decide to keep nothing, which is best? Not silly.
Yes you do
On a very rare occasion you have to remove it if you find it reboots back to the USB install media on first reboot. I haven’t seen that problem in a long while though.

I tried zbook at the beginning but couldn’t provide him with everything he wanted as didn’t understand what to do. I do now and sent him what he wanted but he’s never replied back….Then I'd be posting in the BSOD Crash Analysis section of the forum and see if zbook can help diagnose why.

I wish you were too mate, I bet you’d get it sorted as you know much more than I ever will about all this. It’s been very enjoyable to learn but very very frustrating!Which ever works is my best answer. I wish I were there.

Sorry how do I do that mate? Clean installing now….Zbook is basically one of the the only people here that takes care of the BSOD section in regards to Diagnostics.
Bump the thread?
Sorry how do I do that mate? Clean installing now….![]()
Just getting a message saying it looks like you started an upgrade and booted from installation media. If you want to continue the upgrade, remove the media from your PC and click Yes. If you want to do a Clean Install instead click No.Sorry how do I do that mate? Clean installing now….![]()
Tbh I’d prefer you to help me as you’ve been awesome so far mateWhatever you did to upgrade the other laptops is what I would do to this one, unless you already tried.
Just post again in the same thread. Say Hi, sorry it took so long to provide the information, or something?
Shall I try removing the media option one last time?Just getting a message saying it looks like you started an upgrade and booted from installation media. If you want to continue the upgrade, remove the media from your PC and click Yes. If you want to do a Clean Install instead click No.
Yes I know it seems like I’ve been doing this for half my life!!!The only help I’d probably be is being able to run through all the options quicker. That’s all.
This thread is now 13 pages long, because it’s new to you and that’s ok.
