Yes you do
On a very rare occasion you have to remove it if you find it reboots back to the USB install media on first reboot. I haven’t seen that problem in a long while though.

The only probelm I forsee is that you have changed the boot order in the BIOS.
Normally on a laptop there is a function key that opens a boot menu so that you don’t need to change the BIOS

I believe if you used the US/English ISO, you can just add a language pack after Windows installs and make it default. I’m really not sure.
