thank you for helping, first the problem appeared on different type of computers (laptop and desktops) some HP and other Dell, the issue does not show just in one PC, and other computers i manage to upgrade it without any problems.Approximately 5 days have passed since the thread was opened.
There were requests from 3 members to manually enter information into the platform.
There were requests to post share links.
1) Please manually enter information into the EF "My Computer" section per earlier member requests

You are wanting a blanket solution to apply to upgrade failures across multiple computers. There's not one we can give you. You also indicate that at least some of the systems have incompatible hardware. There is no one size fits all.
