During the Microsoft Special Event, Microsoft announced Windows 11 version 23H2 will be available September 26, 2023 as a free update.

This will be an optional C update for Windows 11 version 22H2 coming September 26, 2023 at 10 AM CST / 12 PM CST. You will automatically get this update if you have Get the latest updates as soon as they're available turned on. If turned off, it'll be available as an optional update.

Windows 11 version 23H2 won't be available until October 2023 (Q4).

after win 11 kb5030310 is installed win 11 update keeps requiring Windows Configuration Update (KB5030309) to be installed repeatedly but never installs it!     fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.

    My SYSTEM THREE is a Dell Latitude 5410, i7-10610U, 32GB RAM, 512GB NVMe ssd, supported device running Windows 11 Pro (and all my Hyper-V VMs).

I uninstalled, and then reinstalled cumulative update KB5030310, and now not only that I'm missing all the new features from this feature update, but I'm also missing features from previous update like option to turn on seconds in taskbar clock.

Both configuration updates are installed (previous one that doesn't have KB number, and latest one: KB5030509), and I can't uninstall or reinstall them again.

Is there a fix for this?

Just to inform all of you that I fixed my problem by activating these ID's via ViveTool: 42105254, 4072900, 29785186, 42106010, 44774629, 44776738, 44850061, 41655236 :D

Now I have all new features including Copilot :)

According to an official response in feedback hub, the missing bell icon is due to having more than one version of Segoe Fluent Icons font installed and uninstalling the version in AppData should fix it.

Unfortunately, that file is in use by settings and explorer and I have no idea how to uninstall it while both have been force closed.

Hopefully this issue is resolved in the next update
