Windows cannot access shared folder / drive

I have a plex server in my home running Windows 10 Pro. I frequently used my Windows 10 Pro desktop PC to exchange files between the 2 PCs. Worked great. I recently upgraded my desktop PC to Windows 11 Pro. I could no longer access the Plex server from my new Win11 PC. Being a simpleton with Windows file sharing I searched high and low trying to get file sharing working again between these to PCs. After a long search I found something that worked. I almost remember is as a command line that once entered I could then access the Plex server, but at my age I cannot be sure that was the case. I had it working fine, but then something happened on my desktop requiring me to do a clean reinstall of Windows 11 again. Once complete I could no longer either remember or find what it was that worked. I have read many posts here and tried lots of things, but still I get this error every time I try to access the Plex server.

I need a file sharing for dummies button. Can someone help me?

ping PLEX-SERVER
ping the ip of plex server
enable SMB on plex server
disable firewall on plex server
remove windows credentials

I did all but the last step. Can you be specific when you mean remove Windows credentials? The Plex Server does not have a password.

you don't need to blur IP you are on local network

ping from plex server to Windows 11
disable on Windows 11 and plex the firewall

SMB1 disable you don't need SMB1
make sure you are in the same workgroup
