I'm not running Win 11 but have seen this a couple times on Win 10. A Simple reboot resolved it for me.

Of course, FreeBooter's video will guide you through proper steps, should a simple reboot not work for you.

Try this
Reset Windows Security - ElevenForumTutorials
and, if necessary, this
Windows Defender - revert version - #15 - TenForums I don't think that's valid any more & I don't have access to my Win11 computer at the moment so I cannot check.
