Windows Defender - Unknown Status Error

OS
Windows 11
Over the last few days I've noticed that when opening Windows Defender it shows a "status" unknown message for everything (Virus and Threat Protection, Account, Firewall, etc.). I can't even run a quick scan. If I close the dialog, and wait a few seconds or a minute, and open, everything is back the way it should be (green check boxes and usable). I looked online and followed the recommendations to reinstall via PowerShell, or simply do a reset from within Windows Apps.

Just in case, I ran online versions of ESET, Trend Micro, and downloaded Bitdefender Free. Likewise, I have Malwarebytes Free. No malware/virus issues found. I have the other AVs uninstalled...only Windows Defender now. Thoughts or is this just a bug with Defender?

Did you do a reinstall/reset and the same symptoms persist ? System including WD has all updates ?

Manually check your system and registry for leftovers from the previous AVs. May want to do a search with REVO uninstaller. Did you use the particular AV uninstaller to uninstall the AVs ?

Run sfc/scannow.

And check the below Tutorial.

I used Wise Program Uninstaller and Registry Cleaner, but I'll do a quick registry search and see what comes up. Defender is working right now so I'll see if it's fixed. Otherwise, you may be right that I may try a repair by reinstall next.
