Windows Gurus - what's the difference between the various ENG versions

It only seems to make a difference in presumably any menu items, desktop icons or log / error messages which will use US spelling so probably for 99% of users no difference at all. An annoying feature though with some ENG-INT'L keyboards there's sometimes a dead character and punctuation marks so you need to key twice. Also EURO and GBP sterling symbol missing. If you select GB ENG keyboard that problem goes away too.

There might be other differences in the OS on what updates are offered to what areas if these are rolled out on regional basis but with the mess that the insider program is in now I doubt if anybody is the wiser.
