IMO,

whoever put ' Windows Hardware GPU Advanced Scheduling ' has messed up computers used for games and simulators. They should have had it on off, and if someone wanted this thing it should have been an option, not forced on us by default. What is MS always thinking, they are out of control. I would like to hear if someone else has been blind sided by this in Win11. Thanx.

The option to turn it off is still there, as is the option to turn off variable refresh rate support if needed.
I have both options turned on and have zero issues in any of the games I play, Minecraft (Bedrock and Java), Doom Eternal, Subnautica, Ghostwire Tokyo, Control, Prey, Witcher 3, FFXIV and many others.
If you are having issues then it is something related to the way your system interacts with your games, it is not an inherent problem with HAGs and VRR support as implemented by Windows.
Maybe if you supplied more details about the issues you are encountering someone might be able to help you.
