Windows To Go hide/unmount SSD's

Is it possible to hide/unmount other SSD's only in Windows 11 (Windows To Go) on external SSD and have only access to Windows To Go drive? I'm asking because i have installed Windows 11 on internal SSD and i don't want any changes on other SSD's.

Yes. Go into disk management and remove their drive letters.
