Windows Update message "Your version of Windows has reached the end of service"


On the Feedback Hub MS state, they're looking into this issue. Hopefully they'll be coming up with a fix very quickly.

One more thing, Mike. Others will have opinions but I wouldn’t be rushing to get 24H2 either. It’s more buggy than a beachside BBQ in Bondi during a 40deg heatwave.

Thanks KevTech. I tried that without succsess. Like antspants I don't plan to rush into 24H2. I usually wait for most stuff to download when it's ready. I'll take your advice and wait. Bondi's not my favourite beach. I'm more a Snowys guy (or was, I'm getting a bit old for that!) I'll hang on and hope MS come up with an answer as Marcus suggests. Thanks

I read on another site that Microsoft issued updates to do just that, detect you have an earlier version than 24H2 and nag you to update. You have to uninstall these updates and then block them to get rid of the message.
