Winget appinstaller

Ok once I sorted a few errors on my part, integrated winget sucessfully to the latest version using this:
Code:
Dism /Image:c:\zmount /Add-ProvisionedAppxPackage /PackagePath:c:\apps\Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle /DependencyPackagePath:c:\apps\Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_14.0.33519.0_x64.appx /DependencyPackagePath:c:\apps\Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00.UWPDesktop_14.0.33728.0_x64.appx /DependencyPackagePath:c:\apps\Microsoft.WindowsAppRuntime.1.8_8000.616.304.0_x64.appx /LicensePath=c:\apps\e53e159d00e04f729cc2180cffd1c02e_License1.xml /region=all"
I will give this a try with win 10 also, don't see a reason why it won't work.

Thank you @garlin & all posters above for the pointers.

I did the same in Win 10 though finding I have to toggle all other apps off except Winget.exe to start winget from the command window.
Is there a way I can automate the App Execution Aliases config?

EDIT: Further testing should I toggle all below off & on again, winget works normally?

The app alias should be configured for you, as part of new app provisioning. You haven't tampered by SkippingUserOOBE?

Yes I have.
Code:
 <OOBE>
                <HideEULAPage>true</HideEULAPage>
                <HideOEMRegistrationScreen>true</HideOEMRegistrationScreen>
                <HideOnlineAccountScreens>true</HideOnlineAccountScreens>
                <HideWirelessSetupInOOBE>true</HideWirelessSetupInOOBE>
                <NetworkLocation>Home</NetworkLocation>
                <SkipUserOOBE>true</SkipUserOOBE>
                <SkipMachineOOBE>true</SkipMachineOOBE>
                <ProtectYourPC>1</ProtectYourPC>
            </OOBE>
Just a matter correcting my autounattended.xml?

Edit: Just changed { <SkipUserOOBE>false</SkipUserOOBE>}
Though same result winget won't open?

Done a bit more digging!
If I open a cmd prompt as admin & run this:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\WindowsApps\winget.exe
Winget opens immediately as it should.
I cannot find the path problem to why winget won't open normally in a cmd prompt?

Update:
I found running my newly created OS incorporating winget in Win 10 in a VM is buggy.
When I run this on a baremetal system, on desktop the winget command runs no problem.

NB: When I run winget initially on the newly created OS install. Winget complains that windowsAppRuntime
needs updating, even though I run the AppRuntime.exe installer silently on win setup prior to
desktop loading.
Has anyone experienced this & is there a work around to update this either offline or during install of the OS?

Hate to answer my own question
To overcome this I had to install both appruntime packages 1.80 & 1.89 silently in that sequence now shows fully up to date.

Further to above with the release of winappruntime.1.08 ver 1.8.10 having difficulty installing this during OS install using setupcomplete.cmd
Have used either silent switches WindowsAppRuntimeInstall-x64.exe --quiet or WindowsAppRuntimeInstall-x64.exe --force
During setupcomplete I can see the app installing along with its dependencies.
When I open winget it complains winappruntime needs updating & downloads & installs 1.8.10?
Can anyone recommend an alternate method to achieve this please? Is it possible Winget is downloading a newer version perhaps?

With much testing in a vm & bare metal I found if I install each package in this order using setupcomplete.cmd
Winget is happy & fully up to date. Might be helpful with anyone else experiencing the same.
