My Firestorm only uses a about 2.8 GB and I have an enormous wardrobe. I don't know why yours is so high, unless you were at a crowded location. Combined with dullahan-host, mine still doesn't reach 3.5 GB. You can see that in this screen shot from my Firestorm first logon (standing at home, after it settles down):

So I tried going to a really crowded place in Second Life, and this is what I got:

That is a typical day for my machine. You will notice that I don't have Steam, or Discord, or Outlook loaded. A lot of those things can be run on demand, there is no reason to have them cluttering up your memory if you aren't using them. And as far as Edge goes, well it's forced upon me, but I have no reason to ever execute the file. There are better browsers out there.
As far as Your quest for better RAM, I am using TeamGroup DDR5-6000 in my PC and it has been running flawlessly. It was a little cheaper than GSkill, which I also recommend. In any case, you should check the QVL for your motherboard to make sure what RAM has been tested to work in that PC and what the possible configurations are.
