OS version: 10.0.26100.8556 (xb_flt_2606ge.260604-2200)

New startup animation

We’ve updated and improved the startup animation on your consoles. If you like it, be sure to set your console to Shutdown (energy saving) mode if you want to see it every time you turn on your console.

Gamerscore milestone badges

All player profiles with at least 1,000 Gamerscore will display a Gamerscore badge that evolves as your Gamerscore increases. There are many evolution levels available ranging from 1,000 to 10,000,000 Gamerscore!

Understanding your game library at a glance

Whether you're switching devices or jumping between consoles, it's easier to quickly see what you can play and why. New filters make it easy to separate games you own from those shared with you and identify installed titles you no longer have access to with the Game access filter. The Game access filter can be found in your Installed games view as well as your Owned games view in Full library.

It's now clearer what you can install and play on your console. Games that are incompatible with your device will no longer be displayed in your Full library. For example, a Kinect required game will only be displayed on Xbox One consoles that support a Kinect device.

New Rewards experience

Today we’ve started rolling out a new Rewards experience to a subset of players starting with a new entry point to access your Rewards and check your points balance right from Home. Highlight your balance and press the A button  to check out the new Rewards experience. Track your progress to the next level, claim points the moment they're ready, and tap Explore Rewards levels to see what you unlock as you progress.

Increased resolution for Gamerpics and game box art

For players on an Xbox Series X set to 4K resolution, we’ve increased the sharpness for Gamerpics and certain achievement and game box art found throughout the console experience.

We’ve also improved how Xbox 360 gamerpics appear on profile pages rendering crisp pixel blocks when upscaled.

Bug fixes

Fixes to address issues where some game updates would take extensive time to start in queue and cause the system to become unresponsive.
Fixed an issue where the game card could open but not be interactable.
Fixed an issue where game tiles would flash repeatedly during installation or update.
Fixed an issue where the recently installed list in the manage queue page would not always update.
