Xbox game bar plugin and Microsoft people update loop

Try with winget as above, as I did with the advice of @Oncovirus, and uninstall Defender components.
Afterwards, re-install with MS Store. I don't know if it's possible.

Uninstall it with revo and remove all reg/leftovers. Reboot. Reinstall it and see if it keeps finding ‘update’

In the Microsoft Store Library, it says that it was acquired a long time ago, and it doesn't open.
Revo Uninstaller says Xbox Game Bar was installed in 2020. I assume it's the same, although it doesn't call it a plugin.
I tried searching for Xbox Game Bar Plugin in the Windows Store and there is nothing.
Could Xbox Game Bar Plugin be obsolete? It's installed on all of my computers.
