If you have a fully compliant Windows 11 desktop, could you please share the make and model and how satisfied you have been with it so far (maybe some pros and cons) since you've had it? At some point in time, I will be buying one, and I would like to start getting some ideas from here on how satisfied you have been with yours and how its worked out so far? Thanks!

Pre-builts aren't particularly suitable for later upgrades, so I hope you are OK with that.

Dell Vostro 5890 in Apr. '22, Win11 Pro at Version 23H2, about $700 back then, 16GB RAM 512GB NVMe, added a 2TB HDD I had on hand. I've a couple of SFF Dells on hand but they don't warrant any hardware upgrades.

I'm running Windows 11 at home on my Beelink SEI8 with the Intel 8279u. The SEI12 is the equivalent available model today. It's a great little mini-pc. 12th gen intel CPU, 16GB of RAM, 512GB NVME with ability to add additional 2.5" SATA SSD, and it comes with Windows 11 Pro, for $329 USD. This little box has been fabulous. Meets all of my general purpose needs, and runs my audio interface for my guitar.

My primary Windows desktop that i use for gaming is 100% Windows 11 compliant, but still running Windows 10. I have Windows 11 setup booting on the box via a VHDX file so I know that the hardware works as expected. It's working great, as stable as can be, so I have no desire at present to upgrade it from 10 to 11.. It's a handbuilt with Asus Rog Strix X570-E Gaming mobo, AMD Ryzen 5900x, 64GB of RAM, EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 ultra.

That may be the most absurdly broad request I've ever read. No budget, no uses for the machine, etc.

If you just want to surf the Web, and watch a few Youtube videos in HD, I imagine that any PC would suffice. The choice of monitor may be more relevant.

If you wish to edit high-end video at a pro level, a $10k US PC may not be excessive.

My suggestion? Build your own.

That may not save you any money. (Maybe quite the opposite.) But you'd have the fun of researching, buying, and assembling components.

If you don't like the result, you'd only have yourself to blame.

I build my own.

I certainly wouldn't draw conclusions based on anecdotes....from this site or any other. That's what you are asking for.

Sorry, my fully compliant Windows 11 system is home built. You can see it in "My Computer". The pro is that I was able to cherry pick the hardware. No cons.

I speak only for myself, but some of us are unwilling to write a long review as a response to a very unspecific request.

See my system #1. I like it, although I have yet to install any software that exploits its core count. It's an enthusiast machine, not a sane choice. Required an upgrade to my UPS.

@Berton I was looking at the Dell Vostro pricing on the web, and it looks like it's still holding on to the price you paid, in the $700 range....... at least from what I saw anyway. I've always had good performance from my Dell pc's.
