This system was custom built by online computer store in April 2022. Since that time, I get random USB external drive reset errors. Event log reports UASPStore 129 events (1-2) and a burst of 153 events. Outside of these random events the drives and enclosures work fine. The issues mainly occur when an external enclosure is powered on after boot, and the only way I have found to resolve is to shutdown, power off enclosures, and try again!
System is running Win 11 22H2 - 22621.1105. CHKDSK does not report any errors on the external drives.
SFC and DISM are clean. High performance power settings are in place, USB selective suspend is disabled, PCI Express Link State Power Management is OFF, turn off hard disk after 1000 is set.
In computer management Universal Serial Bus controllers all items have "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" disabled.
It is a really annoying problem (which occurs 1-2 times a week) and I am at a loss to know how to fix it as it cannot be readily reproduced!
Any suggestions please?
